Parcelo Courier provides nationwide parcel delivery services across Bangladesh. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
Ensure that parcels are properly packed and labeled.
Not send prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items (e.g., explosives, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods).
Pay all applicable service charges on time.

4. Prohibited Items
Parcelo Courier strictly prohibits the delivery of:
Illegal substances (drugs, alcohol in restricted areas).
Hazardous materials (flammable, toxic, explosive).
Cash, gold, jewelry, or other highly valuable items (unless insured).
Any items restricted under Bangladeshi law.

5. Payment & Charges
All delivery fees must be paid in full before or at the time of parcel collection (unless otherwise agreed).
Fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

6. Delivery & Liability
We aim to deliver parcels within the promised timeframe, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Parcelo Courier is not liable for delays outside our control.
Parcelo Courier will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by poor packaging, incorrect addresses, or prohibited items.
Insurance is recommended for high-value items.

7. Tracking & Communication
Customers can track parcels using the provided tracking ID.
Parcelo Courier may contact you via phone, SMS, or email regarding your booking.

8. Account & Access
If you create an account on our website or app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

9. Termination of Service
Parcelo Courier reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any customer who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.

10. Limitation of Liability
Parcelo Courier’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the delivery fee paid by the customer.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
